Mainframe Training from SYS-ED® Grow Your Own Mainframe Programmers

These questions have been designed to provide IT managers with a framework for evaluating the mainframe knowledge and skillset of their personnel.

They reflect the core content and performance objectives of SYS-ED’s mainframe curriculum. There is no passing or failing grade; the objective is to identify the areas which require knowledge transfer and skill enhancement, and which course(s) will train/prepare an employee to perform a job function.

For private courses, the assessment can be tailored in three ways:

1. To include the subject matter specific to the client’s environment and operational objectives.
2. Mix and match topics and performance objectives from multiple courses into one tailored course.
3. Incorporate the vendor certification standards and requirements in terms of content and workshops.
